5.Horizontal multi-stage pump shaft bending. Is due to the impact load, belt pulled too tight, causing incorrect installation. If the bend is not serious, can be used manually screw to correct, but not too hard, in case of a complete break. 

Structure of clean water horizontal centrifugal pump

1.Packing seal :

3.Dynamic seal :

Analysis on the problem of non drainage of deep well pump

1.The water inlet pipe and pump body with air :

1).Before the start of the deep well water pump, the water is not filled with enough water, sometimes it seems to be filled with water, but not to turn the pump shaft into the air completely discharged, resulting in a little air left in the water inlet pipe or pump body. 
 
2).Contact with the pump inlet of the horizontal application of reverse flow direction, fell more than 0.5% slope, deep well pump connected at one end of the highest import, not completely level. If the upward tilt, will be retained within the inlet air, reduced water pipes and pump in the vacuum, the impact of water. 
 
3).Deep well pump filler has been used for long-term wear or packing pressed too loose, discharge gap caused by the large amounts of water from filling with the shaft sleeve, the result is the outside air into the pump from the internal clearance, affected the water. 
 
4).Due to the long-term potential of the water pipe, pipe wall corrosion of the hole, the water continued to decline after the deep well pump, when exposed to the surface of these holes, the air from the hole into the water inlet pipe.

2.The deep well pump speed is too low :

1).Artificial factors. Some users because of original motor damage, may be accompanied by another motor, resulting in a flow of small, low head or even the consequences of Sheung shui. 
 
2).The mechanical failure of deep well pump. Impeller and pump shaft fastening nut loose or pump shaft deformation and bending, resulting in multi impeller, direct friction with the pump body, or bearing damage, it is possible to reduce the speed of the deep well pump. 
 
3).Power machine repair problems. 

3.Other factors :

1).At the end of valve to open. Is usually set aside a long time due to the deep well pump, valve gasket is stuck, no washer valve may be rust. 
 
2).Impeller wear is serious. Impeller blades have been worn for a long time, which affects the performance of deep well pump. 
 
3).At the end of the valve filter network is blocked; or potential water valve at the end of the sludge layer caused by the blockage of the strainer. 
 
4).Gate valve can check the failure or blockage will cause the flow to reduce or even draw no water. 
 
5).The leakage of the outlet pipe also affects the amount of water.
 

Pump head of pipeline pump

Generally, the so-called pump head should contain the pump body and pump cover part. Pump body is mainly connected to the pump rotor, the impeller through the bearings, seal, bearing components connected. 3. Adjust the outlet valve opening, so that the pump in the rated flow, head of the operating conditions. 
 
4. Close the outlet valve, and then cut off the power supply. If the ambient temperature is below the freezing point of medium, should pump the liquid out, to avoid the cracking equipment.
