2, manual start: Pump (first), slightly open the outlet valve, start the motor, the pressure rise and confirm the smooth operation of the pump group gradually open outlet valve to the working condition requirements.
3, operation check: pipeline pump in the normal operation of the frequency, should regularly check and record the pump group ammeter, voltmeter, import and export vacuum gauge, pressure gauges and flow meters and other instrument readings, unit vibration, noise, temperature Is normal, the shaft seal should not have obvious fuel oil leakage.
4, normal parking: Close the discharge valve, the pump light load, stop the motor.
Emergency stop status:
⑴ pump motor operating ammeter indicates abnormal (too large or become very small); pump system is not the normal sound.
⑵ vacuum pump inlet pressure gauge, outlet pressure gauge indicates abnormal pump vibration and issued a different sound, a serious decline in performance.
⑶ pump motor odor, shaft seal leakage at the aviation fuel, bearing temperature more than 75 degrees and so on.
