In-service maintenance and repair

      1, the inlet pipe must be highly sealed, can not leak, leak;

      2, prohibit GDL vertical centrifugal pump in the cavitation state long-term operation;

      3, prohibits GDL-type vertical centrifugal pump running in high-flow conditions, the motor over-current long-term operation;

      4, regular inspection GDL vertical centrifugal pump running the motor current value, as far as possible within the scope of the pump design to run;

      5, GDL-type vertical centrifugal pump should be in the operation of care, in order to avoid accidents;

      6, GDL-type vertical centrifugal pump should run every 500 hours to refuel the bearing;

      7, GDL-type vertical centrifugal pump for long-term operation, due to mechanical wear and tear, so that the unit noise and vibration increases, should stop inspection, the need to replace the vulnerable parts and bearings, unit overhaul period is generally one year.

      Mechanical seal maintenance and repair

      1, mechanical seal lubricating fluid should be clean without solid particles;

      2, is strictly prohibited mechanical seal dry grinding in the case of work;

      3, start before the plate pump (motor) a few laps, so as to avoid a sudden start mechanical seal fracture damage.
