Submersible pump failure phenomenon and elimination method

1, check whether a motor circuit breakers check whether the voltage is the voltage is too low. After repair, adjust voltage normal fault can be ruled out.

2, check whether there is foreign body inside the impeller, the bearing damage to remove foreign bodies or replace the bearing.

Three, current is too large, ammeter pointer swing

1, when buying a new pump for shaft bending, bearing different heart immediately get back the sales department or factory.

2, check whether the thrust bearing is badly worn impeller with ring friction marks. Elimination method replace the thrust bearing and thrust plate of the impeller rotates with sealing ring friction can no longer.

3, check the shaft and the shaft when relative rotation is flexible rotation is not flexible, should replace or repair the bearings.

4, dynamic water level dropped to below inlet. Traffic shall be reduced or in the well.

Four, severe vibration unit operation

1, check whether the connecting bolt is loose bolts should be tightened.

2, a motor rotor imbalance, imbalance of water pump impeller, motor or the pump shaft bending failure should be sent after the factory for processing.
