1. Start:

Whether the normal working current is greater than the motor nameplate rating.

4. One of the following circumstances, should immediately stop the pump:

(1) the working current of the pump suddenly above the motor rated current

(2) the water yield is not normal, gap water, sediment concentration increased

(3) the motor insulation resistance is lower than 0.5 ohms

(4) has obvious noise vibration of unit

(5) power grid voltage is not enough, less than 5% of the rated voltage

(6) the fuse burned a phase

(7) delivery road damage

5. Matters needing attention in operation and maintenance:

(1) check that the current voltage and discharge pressure every day, every 2 weeks testing dynamic water level, and make records.

(2) every four weeks to check the insulation resistance of motor and make records.

(3) use of start times to reduce as far as possible.

(4) pumps if well under discontinuous after use, should boot up once a week, and run the 5-10 minutes, to prevent pumps for corrosion can't start.

6. Electric pump storage and handling:

Store to put a net electric pump motor cavity effusion, dry surface, shaft coupling head to besmear antirust oil, erected in place. (in order to prevent the rotor deformation) in a dry, no chemical corrosive articles, normal temperature, winter storage of not less than 3 ℃ temperature.
